Privacy and cookies
This site collects the bare minimum, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We use no profiling or analytics cookies, there is no advertising and we sell data to no one.
Who handles your data
The data controller is Tenuta Vermiglio Country Hotel, Località Podere Vermiglio, 53024 Montalcino (SI). For any request, write to ciao@tenutavermiglio.it.
What we collect
Only what you enter in the booking form: name, email, phone (optional), dates, number of guests and any message. We use it to reply to you and to manage your stay.
For how long
Requests that do not become bookings are deleted within 12 months. Bookings are kept for as long as Italian tax and accounting law requires.
Who we share it with
Payments are processed by Stripe and emails sent by Resend, both acting as data processors. The site is hosted on Vercel. No one else receives your data.
Cookies
This site sets no profiling cookies and uses no analytics tools. The map is served by OpenStreetMap, which uses no tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to serve the file.
Your rights
You may at any time ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to ciao@tenutavermiglio.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
